Watch what you eat!
Smaller, more frequent meals have become common knowledge in our fight against fat.
A good staple question to ask yourself is:
"What will I be doing for the next three hours?"
What you choose to eat every three to four hours is largely dependant on your health & fitness goals. By simply taking in more more or less calories than what is utilized, you will either lose or gain weight.
A higher activity level will equate to more demand for a higher caloric intake, whereas less energy output will require less.
Keep in mind that your body uses protein to build muscle and carbohydrates/fats for energy.
